Peter learned his craft from his father, a long time Washington area builder and founder of Fairfield Homes, John V. Neill, Jr. After years with Fairfield Homes, Peter has branched out to build those same award winning designs, as well as all new award-winning homes, with Fairfield Classic Homes. Since starting in 1991, Fairfield Classic Homes has set itself apart from other builders with its ability to work with purchasers to create unique homes that reflect the lifestyle of each Fairfield homeowner. Fairfield Classics has been recognized by the building industry for its innovative approach to home building with several "Finest for Family Living" awards, which recognize the best designs and builders in the Washington Area. Glenn Forloines, owner and operating manager of GTF homes LLC, is a third generation builder continuing in the tradition of quality home construction. Glenn is an "on your site" custom builder and believes that a home worth putting his company's name on must meet certain requirements. It must be structurally sound starting with the footer, foundation and framing. The finishing touches of a skilled trim carpenter and painter accentuates the finished product.

PS2 Properties LLC is a partnership dedicated to creative, high quality development in the Charlottesville area. The partners include: Richard Price, an architect and planner who has practiced in Paris, Boston and New York, and is currently President of The Folsom Group of Charlottesville, Virginia, a firm focused on sustainable design and development. Frank Folsom Smith has practiced architecture in Charlottesville and Sarasota, Florida since graduating from the School of Architecture at the University of Virginia. He has successfully designed, planned and developed a number of award-winning projects in Virginia and Florida that celebrate the connection between the human and natural environments. Jeff Smith, President of Alterra Construction Management, also a graduate of the University of Virginia, is a construction manager with a degree in architecture who has focused on high-quality residential development in the Charlottesville area for more than 20 years. PS2 Propertie's current projects include RiverBluff, an eco-friendly, "green" community located on a bluff overlooking the Rivanna River. |
