Directions

From East of Charlottesville via I-64: Take the Rt. 250 exit (exit 124) and turn right to go west on Rt. 250 (toward Charlottesville). Drive 1.9 miles, then turn left onto E. High Street. At Lexington Ave., bear left to stay on E. High Street. The Pace Real Estate Associates office is located on your left at the intersection where E. High Street takes a hard right turn.  Parking is located at the back of the building.

From West of Charlottesville via I-64: Take the Route 20 exit (exit 121B). Follow Monticello Ave./Route 20 for 1.1 miles into Charlottesville.  Turn right onto Avon Street.  Proceed on Avon Street for about half a mile.  The Pace Real Estate Associates office is located on your right at the intersection with E. High Street.  Parking is located at the back of the building.

From 29 North: Take the U.S. 250/U.S. 29 Bypass toward Richmond. Turn off at the Park Street exit and turn right onto Park Street. Travel about half a mile, then turn left onto E. High Street. The Pace Real Estate Associates office is located immediately ahead at the T intersection where E. High Street takes a hard left turn.  Parking is located at the back of the building.
